Introducing the New Eco Mosque Website
We are pleased to announce the launch of the new and updated Eco Mosque website.
This update has been designed to make it easier for mosque trustees, leadership teams, and volunteers to take structured action on sustainability, supported by clear standards, practical resources, and a credible way to evidence progress.
What’s new on the website?
1) Clearer Standards
The Eco Mosque Standard is now presented in a more structured and practical way, helping mosques understand what “good” looks like across governance, buildings, and day-to-day operations.
2) Accreditation Pathway
We have introduced a clearer accreditation journey Bronze, Silver, and Gold so mosques can progress step-by-step and demonstrate measurable improvement through evidence-based requirements.
3) Guidance & Toolkits
The Guidance & Toolkits section has been improved to make key documents easier to find, download, and use supporting delivery in real mosque settings.
4) Better Navigation and Usability
Pages have been reorganised and streamlined so visitors can quickly reach what they needwhether they are starting out or already working towards accreditation.
